Hands down one of the best investments for beach camping I’ve ever made.
Ordered 6 x 2.4 m Mat. Smooth ordering process, delivery to outer regional area, arrived within the week. First use was at the Muddy Mundi festival. Dried during the days it didn't rain. Dirt fell through as marketed. We are very pleased.

We had seven years of enjoyment with our large CGear mat during our caravanning days. It complemented our outdoor setting brilliantly wherever we set up camp, from Cobbold Gorge (QLD) to Karijini National Park (WA), Kings Canyon (NT), Lakes Entrance (VIC), Merrimbula (NSW) and Mikkira Station Koala Sanctuary (SA). Now that we have downsized to a motorhome, we expect to enjoy the same level of enjoyment and comfort from our CGear Multimat, regardless of the terrain on which we camp.

I already had the side wall, the end wall was the smallest available and happy I haven’t needed to get it cut down. My awning is a fiamma f45s (2.13 I think) I put an adjustable curtain rod from van to awning wall and the end wall Velcro tabs go over it Very happy that it will provide privacy, shade and airflow
Curls up on the corners and won’t lie flat. Doesn’t matter how I roll it. Good quality gear and I love my other matting but this does not work.

This is the second multimat we have purchased, now we can access both sides of our camper without having to worry about dragging dirt and dust into the cabin.

We’ve used our C-Gear mat a few times at the beach and once for a nipper carnival with kids walking over it constantly. The mat not only stayed sand free but remained cool on very hot days. Highly recommend the quicksand mat.
Took us a bit to get it right, but once we did, it's exactly what we needed. We've only put one up this camping trip as the weather is lovely. But used one each end during very wet weather and they protected us a little from the rain and wind.

We purchased this mat in November 2025 and the peg tabs are breaking down and the d rings are falling off. 5 so far have come off.
Used our privacy screen to extend our space. Absolute game changer! Not tripping over chairs and tables, so much more room in the shade!

First time use and the van stayed clean from dirt and sand. Didn't find the mat slippery like others have experienced. Highly recommended for those camping in grubby areas.
Perfect for our awning and was a godsend to filter the afternoon sun. It still allowed a breeze so kept it comfortable outside. Excellent quality.

After years of using a recycled plastic mat (first of it's kind) which saw 100's of campsites, we decided to go something different for the next mat. When we found the L shaped Cgear mat we hoped it was the one and we haven't been happier. It's the perfect size for our new rig, it saves on storage space and weight. Now we have 1 mat compared to 2. We also purchased a small 1x2 for the other side of the Pod and that too has been perfect. We having tried it on a sandy site yet but it's withstood the bush sites with no problems, just have to clear the debris before laying the mats down. We also have had them down without pegging and found no issues. Great product guys, very happy customers so far.
This L Shaped Muli Mat is a cracker. Lots of tie down points around the edge and it’s soft under foot to walk on. Absolutely worth the money.

Received my sand free mat. Set it up, feels great. Even the dog likes it. Highly recommend on these mats.
In sandy conditions this Mat is a game changer! The sand just disappears below the mat, if the sand is wet once it dries it disappears leaving a clean surface and less mess being tramped into the van.
